Synopsis

Set in the last years of Ceausescu's dictatorship, it focuses on a pair of twenty-something students desperately looking for a hotel room in town. They intend to take Mr Bébé there, who will help Gabita with a small problem: she is pregnant, which is not a straightforward matter in a Catholic police-state, and she does not want to keep the baby.
